If you are new to shopping online with City Lights SF, you can create an account with us. Creating an account allows you to save your shipping address and payment information for faster checkout on future purchases. You can also view your order history or add multiple shipping addresses.

If you already have an online account with us, please click LOGIN at the top right of the City Lights SF web page to manage your account details. There, you will have the option to add multiple shipping addresses and to set a default shipping address for future orders. Cancellations on orders vary by item and by manufacturer. To request a cancellation, please contact 1-888-484-CITY (2489) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable items cannot not be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take 24-48 hours. If your order does ship before receiving confirmation, you may request a return authorization.
City Lights SF accepts general returns on most of our items within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is new, in uninstalled condition, and in its original packaging. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable items cannot not be returned and will be noted on the product page.
Please note that any expedited shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
- Must be in resalable condition
- Must not have been installed or assembled
- Must be free from scratches and/or defects
- Must be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging
- Must not have any writing on the original packaging
- Must not be missing pieces
- Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.

Upon delivery, be sure to inspect your item(s) for damages. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery upon inspection. DEFECTIVE | MISSING
We work closely with our partner brands to ensure that quality control and inspection procedures are in place. However, sometimes defects occur. Defective items, missing parts, or other issues are handled differently than damaged items. If the item received is defective, the wrong item was sent, or an item is missing, please call 1-888-484-CITY (2489) or email us immediately at email@example.com so that the replacement item can be ordered and shipped as soon as possible. Please do not send back the item without contacting us first.
If the defective item can be remedied with a replacement part and the customer chooses to return the defective item, shipping and shipping costs will be handled by customer.
City Lights SF is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling the item.
