Yes, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, with some exceptions-additional fees may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and delivery won't be finalized until we confirm. We're unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses

• Free Ground Shipping on orders over $75 (in the contiguous U.S.)
• $10 flat rate per item for orders under $75
• LTL freight shipping is also available and calculated during checkout
• Shipments are handled via FedEx Ground, UPS, or other standard domestic carriers

Yes! You're welcome to shop however it's most convenient-either online or in our San Francisco showroom. If you've visited us in person and want to complete your purchase later, you can absolutely do so online.

Likewise, if you prefer to browse online first, feel free to stop by the showroom to see select pieces in person. To make your visit more efficient, you can view our Showroom Display Collection ahead of time to see what's currently on display.

At this time, online purchases cannot be returned in-store.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal where you can locate your order and submit a return or exchange request. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label, necessary documentation, and step-by-step instructions for shipping your item back to us.
