Artemide’s philosophy of “The Human Light” inspires all its designs including its iconic Tolomeo table lamps, which were envisioned by legendary designer Michele De Lucchi more than 30 years ago. Like many creative professionals, De Lucchi needed better lighting for his workspace that would be both flexible and stylish. His Tolomeo creations have been much emulated since the company debuted them in the 1980s. Today, Artemide offers an entire line of Tolomeo lamps.
