Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable can not be returned and will be noted on the product page. I got this product complimentary and would this was the biggest item I received which took me long to install due to design and the screws in it. The final result was amazing but it came down real quick due to the weight. The brightness is gentle and energy efficient . Totally worth having this at the entry of the corridor
