City Lights SF accepts General Returns on most of our products within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable can not be returned and will be noted on the product page. Like the design, slow to arrive and…

The Swell pendant is a nice simple design. It’s much cheaper than other similar looking lamps. It arrived two weeks later than expected and it had a broken light bulb base stuck in the socket. I was able to twist it out with pliers but it had obviously been used before. While it’s nice they ship it with a new bulb, it’s a flood style that doesn’t work with the design. I’d recommend a frosted globe instead.
