RETURNS | CANCELLATIONS

City Lights SF accepts General Returns on most of our products within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that are special order, made to order, and non-returnable can not be returned and will be noted on the product page. Restocking fees may apply and can vary depending on the brand and the product. Some manufacturers charge restocking fees on returned or exchanged products. Fantastic service and pricing

I had a great experience working with City Lights, starting with Christy who was very knowledgeable about the product, responsive (answered emails in the early morning of a holiday weekend!), and pro-actively offered me ways to save as much money on the purchase and shipping as possible. The rest of my experience working with her team up to delivery was fantastic as well. I was amazed at how quickly the Tolomeo Lamp arrived at my doorstep. The lamp itself is extremely well made and easy to assemble. I recommend getting the version without the build in LED because it's so easy to add your own LED these days and cheaper to replace if bulb goes out.
